Cryogenic cleaning involves blasting dry ice pellets (solid CO₂ at -78.5°C) at high pressure onto the surfaces to be cleaned. On contact, the ice instantly sublimates into gas, causing a thermal shock that lifts contaminants — grease, oil, soot, resin, glue, rust — deep down.

The result: a clean, dry, undamaged surface. No residue, no chemicals, no moisture. The ice disappears, leaving only the loosened dirt to collect.

Sandblasting is abrasive: it removes material and damages delicate surfaces. High-pressure cleaning uses water, creating moisture issues on machines, electrical equipment, and production lines.

Cryogenic cleaning is non-abrasive, dry, and residue-free. It cleans without dismantling, without wetting, without scratching — even on delicate surfaces like polished injection molds or live electrical cabinets.
