Frequently asked questions
Before you call us.
How long does the carpet take to dry?
It dries quickly thanks to spray extraction. The exact time depends on the type of carpet and we’ll tell you when quoting.
Do you also clean rugs, not just fitted carpet?
Yes, this service covers fitted carpet as well as rugs.
Do stubborn stains come out completely?
The result depends on the nature and age of the stain. We assess each case during the assessment to give you a realistic idea.
Are the products safe for children and pets?
Yes, we use eco-friendly products that are safe once the surface is dry.
Does the cleaning remove dust mites and odours?
Deep spray extraction removes a large share of the dust mites and odours trapped in the fibres, which an ordinary vacuum can’t do.
Do the premises need to be cleared before you come?
No, we work around the furniture in place. In very cluttered rooms it can help to clear some space, which we’ll look at together when quoting.
