Do you remove graffiti?
Yes, graffiti removal is part of our facade cleaning.
Are there seasons to avoid for facade cleaning?
We usually avoid frosty periods, when the facade doesn’t dry properly and some materials can be damaged. The rest of the year is fine.
Do moss and lichen come back quickly?
It depends on exposure (north-facing, shaded) and humidity. A preventive water-repellent or anti-moss treatment slows their return considerably.
Do you guarantee the result?
We always test on a small area first, precisely to validate the result and avoid unpleasant surprises across the whole facade.
Do you work on listed or heritage buildings?
Yes, with a suitable gentle technique, validated by a prior test, that respects the original material.
