4. Data retention period
- Quote requests with no commercial follow-up: 1 year after the last contact
- Client data (invoicing, contracts): 7 years (Belgian accounting obligation)
- Prospecting data: 3 years after the last contact
- Analytics data: 13 months maximum (Google Analytics setting)
- Consent cookies: 12 months
5. Recipients of the data
Your personal data is processed exclusively by Icetec SRL and is not sold to third parties. It may be shared with:
- BFS (accounting firm): for accounting and tax management
- Google (Analytics): anonymised audience measurement, with your consent
- Website host: for the technical operation of the website
- Formspree: receiving and forwarding contact and quote forms (servers in the United States)
- IT service providers: for website maintenance, bound by a confidentiality agreement
Where data is transferred to countries outside the European Union (e.g. Google or Formspree in the United States), this is done under appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses, EU-US Data Privacy Framework, etc.).
6. Your rights

8. Data security
Icetec SRL implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction or alteration. These measures include:

9. Minors
